Exciting Mandela Day Project Update

We are thrilled to announce that our Mandela Day project at Wittedrift Primary School is now COMPLETE!

Thanks to the incredible dedication of our volunteers Raven, Amber, Tanja, Neil de Klerk, and Izelke Benecke—this school now has vibrant, engaging games and hopscotch activities painted across the school quad. These activities will keep the learners entertained and active during breaks, before, and after school.

The passion and hard work these volunteers put in over their weekends, prepping, drawing, and painting, were all driven by their love for children and a desire to make learning fun and exciting. Their efforts will have a lasting impact, bringing joy and energy to the learners every day!

A massive thank you to The Paint Centre in Plett for their generous donation of three 5L cans of paving paint, which made it possible to complete this wonderful project! Your support has brightened up more than just the playground—it’s brightened the future of these young learners.

Together, we’re making a difference, one brushstroke at a time.
