The A21 South Africa A-Team Plett, in partnership with the Bitou 10 Foundation, is on a mission that goes BEYOND 16 DAYS — we’re bringing Youth Empowerment to the frontlines in the fight to END the cycle of Human Trafficking.

This week, we’ve teamed up with our local Department of Social Development and other stakeholders to hit the ground running for Child Protection Week, taking the truth straight to the future — our youth in our local schools. 

We visited Kwanokuthula, Kranshoek & Phakamasani Primary Schools during Child Protection Week this June.

We had the privilege of speaking to the incredible Grade 7 learners, and let us tell you — their minds were blown and their hearts were wide open. From shock to strength, these students showed courage and curiosity, engaging deeply with this vital issue.

We’re not just raising awareness — we’re EQUIPPING a generation with the knowledge, tools, and voice to spot the signs, stay safe, and break the cycle of exploitation before it begins.

Because when children know the truth, they become UNSTOPPABLE.

Let’s keep the energy high, the mission loud, and the impact REAL. This is how we protect our children. This is how we fight human trafficking.
